You can move content elements easily by dragging them between other content elements, underneath position headers or dropping them to Template map.
First select the content block you want to move.Get your mouse to the little grip on the right corner of the content block header.
Second hold down your left mouse button to drag. Drag the content block where you want and release the left mouse button.
